Pull Out Test Apparatus

The 500 kN Pull Out Test Apparatus is engineered to evaluate the anchoring strength, holding capacity, and mechanical performance of installed rockbolts in strata control, tunneling, mining, and geotechnical slope stabilization. By measuring bolt head displacement against applied tensile load to generate an accurate load-displacement curve, the system verifies anchor bond efficiency, installation technique, and bolt material yield or fracture thresholds.

Powered by a manually operated two-stage hydraulic pump linked to a center-hole double-acting jack, the assembly applies controlled tensile stress through a high-strength test rod and versatile coupling adaptors. Operators monitor tensile force on a heavy-duty 150 mm dial gauge while recording displacement increments up to 5 kN or 5 mm with a sensitive 0.01 mm dial indicator, enabling clear identification of bolt yield, anchor slippage, or ultimate failure.
