Laboratory Cement Autoclave
- Chamber Material:Heavy-duty Stainless Steel (SS 304)
- Operating Pressure:Up to 21 kg/cm² (300 psi)
This Length Comparator is engineered to determine drying shrinkage, initial expansion, and dimensional changes in hardened cement concrete, calcium silicate bricks, and Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) blocks. Designed to measure micro-movements across long-term testing cycles, it enables materials laboratories and block manufacturers to assess volumetric stability and prevent post-installation structural cracking.
Built on a rigid, upright steel frame with an adjustable crosshead, the instrument accommodates specimens of various lengths while maintaining exact axial alignment. It is supplied with a high-precision digital dial gauge featuring a 0.001 mm least count for instant, error-free readings, alongside a matched reference standardization bar to calibrate the zero datum before each testing run.
