This Laboratory Hot Air Oven is designed for precise thermal processing, moisture determination, aggregate drying, and dry-heat sterilization across materials testing, chemical, and industrial quality control laboratories. Featuring a double-walled chamber with a high-grade stainless steel interior and a corrosion-resistant powder-coated mild steel exterior, it is insulated with 75 mm thick glass wool to minimize thermal loss and maintain cool external wall temperatures during extended operations.

Equipped with a dual-display automatic PID temperature controller, the oven provides accurate heat regulation across an ambient to 250°C range with an accuracy of ±1°C. High-performance U-shaped stainless steel tubular heaters delivering 3500 W of heating power work alongside a motorized forced-air circulation fan to distribute warm air evenly throughout the spacious 24" × 24" × 24" chamber across two adjustable perforated stainless steel trays.
