Compression Testing Machine Digital 2000kn
- Product Model:Digital Compression Testing Machine (Manual Pace Control)
- Capacity:50 kN
This Accelerated Curing Tank is engineered to carry out rapid concrete strength evaluations using the boiling water method. By heating concrete test specimens under strictly regulated thermal conditions, it accelerates the hydration process to reliably predict 28-day compressive strength within hours, saving critical project time for ready-mix batching plants, precast yards, and materials testing laboratories.
Constructed with a double-walled chamber insulated with high-density mineral wool, the tank minimizes thermal loss and maintains a precise operational range from ambient +5°C up to 100°C (±2°C). Heavy-duty immersion heating elements and a digital temperature controller ensure uniform water heating across all available capacities — accommodating 6, 12, 18, or 24 standard 150 mm cube moulds with removable perforated racks and a drainage valve for safe operation.
