Cube Mould 100 x 100 x 100mm ci casting

The 100 mm Cast Iron Cube Mould is engineered for casting concrete and mortar specimens containing fine aggregate or nominal maximum aggregate sizes up to 20 mm. Cast from wear-resistant grey iron, the four-part split frame and separate base plate maintain true geometric accuracy and resist thermal and mechanical distortion during aggressive vibration or mechanical tamping.

Each interior face is precision-machined to ensure flat surfaces, true perpendicular corners, and minimal surface roughness (Ra ≤ 3.2 µm). Sturdy wing nuts and alignment pins lock the mating faces tightly to prevent mortar paste bleed, ensuring the hardened test cubes conform strictly to standard dimensional tolerances for compressive strength testing.
