Compression Testing Machine Digital 2000kn
- Product Model:Digital Compression Testing Machine (Manual Pace Control)
- Capacity:50 kN
This Concrete Test Rebound Hammer (Schmidt Hammer) is a non-destructive testing (NDT) instrument engineered for rapid, on-site evaluation of the compressive strength and surface hardness of hardened concrete. Delivering a standard impact energy of 2.207 J, it tests concrete strength across a working range of 10 to 60 MPa without causing structural damage, making it suitable for testing columns, beams, retaining walls, bridges, and precast elements.
Featuring a pointer direct-reading mechanism, the instrument instantly registers the rebound value (R) along an integrated, calibrated scale upon impact. The rugged aluminum body protects the internal spring-loaded hammer mass and center guide rod from harsh jobsite dust and wear, providing civil engineers and quality assurance technicians with dependable field assessments that correlate with standard destructive laboratory crushing tests.
