Compression Testing Machine Digital 2000kn
- Product Model:Digital Compression Testing Machine (Manual Pace Control)
- Capacity:50 kN
The Spring-Type Concrete Penetrometer is a portable, mechanical testing instrument used to determine the setting time of fresh concrete mixtures by evaluating penetration resistance over time. By measuring the force required to push standardized needle points into the mortar sieved from fresh concrete, the apparatus enables civil engineers and quality technicians to pinpoint initial and final setting times under jobsite or laboratory conditions.
The instrument features a heavy-duty cylindrical housing containing a calibrated compression spring linked to a direct-reading plunger. Graduated in 1 kg divisions up to a maximum capacity of 60 kg, the plunger indicates penetration force clearly at the top edge of the housing, while a complete set of six interchangeable, wear-resistant needle points (ranging from 16 mm² to 645 mm²) packs into a fitted carrying case for quick field deployment.
