Concrete Flow Table

The Concrete Flow Table is designed to determine the consistency and flowability of high-workability fresh concrete mixes. By measuring the arithmetic mean diameter of the concrete sample after a defined number of standard jolts, the apparatus provides a precise flow index that helps contractors and materials laboratories evaluate batch uniformity, transport stability, and placement ease.

The assembly features a heavy-duty double steel table with a 700 × 700 mm upper deck hinged to a rigid lower base frame, finished with anti-corrosion protection for long-term durability. Complete with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel conical slump mould and a standardized wooden tamper, the setup enables rapid, repeatable testing to ensure mixes meet strict workability standards on site and in the lab.
